The authorization is valid for 1 year, renewable for up to 7 years.

Extended version of L1 - EB1C, which is valid for top management of branches, managers of subsidiary firms. However, in this case, it is mandatory that the division has a large turnover, the share of the parent company in it must be from 50%.

E2 visa

Visa for opening a business in the States is issued for 2 years and can be extended indefinitely as long as the legal entity functions. There is practically no possibility to get a Green Card in this case. Before making a visa, you should familiarize yourself with the basic requirements for the applicant:

• the firm is managed by an investor who has no right to work in another organization, the spouse can be employed anywhere, children are not entitled to work;
• finances come exclusively from legal sources;
• the company's income must ensure the depositor's residence on the territory of the state.
