Under a full partnership, according to the legislation in force in Ukraine, one should understand a type of business company in which participants conduct joint business on behalf of the partnership and bear joint and several liability for obligations with all the property they have.

Participants in the company can only be business entities - individual entrepreneurs or legal entities. There are such types of companies that are allowed to register only in the form of a full company. For example, pawnshops.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE FULL SOCIETY, PARTNERSHIP

• Participants are prohibited from carrying out activities similar to those of a partnership on their own behalf.
• Governing bodies are absent. Management is carried out with the general consent of the founders.
• The name should contain the words “full society”, the names of all participants or one or more of them with the indication “and company”.
