Audit of reporting and taxes

The full examination of the accounts is audit of financial reporting, and its short form is a review audit, which covers selected areas or a selected period with minimal interference in the daily work of the company. Companies that fall under the statutory requirement order a statutory audit of financial statements. The tax side is covered by a tax audit, which checks how taxes were calculated, paid and reported, and by an audit carried out before a tax inspection.

Legal and specialised audits

A legal audit examines contracts, corporate decisions, permits and employment documents. A debt audit deals with receivables and payables, which arise from sale contracts, offsetting of mutual claims and barter operations and have to be reflected correctly in the statements.
