The table below lists the services of Legal Solutions with the deadline and the price for each position. The list is arranged in the same sections as the site: company registration and changes in registration data, companies abroad, non-profit organisations, accounting and audit, court practice, migration law, real estate, licences and permits.

How to read the price list

Two columns follow the name of the service. The first is the deadline, and for most positions it shows three working days; procedures that depend on a state authority carry their own term, up to thirty working days and more, which is stated in the row. The second column is the price. A large part of the list is marked «Negot.», because the fee is calculated from the documents, the composition of the founders and the actual scope of the work; the positions with a fixed amount show it in hryvnias, euros or dollars.

The figure in the price list is the starting point for the calculation. The final fee, the scope of the work and the deadlines are agreed before the work begins and written into the contract, so both sides know what is included and when each stage is due. State fees, notarial fees and translation costs are paid separately, according to the tariffs in force.
