Company registration for non-residents with obtaining a work permit and residence permit in Ukraine

According to the migration legislation, in Ukraine for long-term stay (more than 90 days out of 180) foreign businessmen, depending on the grounds, can get:

• permanent residence permit.

Temporary residence permit is valid for the period while the foreigner has a labor contract. As a rule, it is issued for 1 year and then extended. Permanent residence permit is not limited in time. • obtain an Individual Taxpayer Number.

Stage 2 - founding of LLC

• copy of passport (translated into Ukrainian and notarized) and TIN, previously obtained in Ukraine;

Stage 4 - change of director

At this stage:

All together will take about 5 days. The cost of the service is 200 Euro.

Stage 5 - registration of residence permit

To do this, you need to obtain a long-term visa type D at the embassy. The service provided by Legal Solutions includes:
