• a copy of the state registration certificate, notarized by the notary, or the original extract from the USR (legal entities);
• copy of the charter (notarial);
• constituent agreements of the founder and co-founders (legal entities);
• photocopy of the passport - to the founders-natural persons.

After the registration of the magazine or newspaper, the founder is issued a certificate of registration of the printed media.
