- Notarized copy of the document that confirms the registration in the country of residence of the legal entity (Extracts from the register of banks, trade, court). The document must be translated and legalized;
- Documents that confirm the authority of the person who signs documents on behalf of the legal entity, translated and legalized. When signing by a representative, there must be a notarized power of attorney in the Ukrainian language, or legalized;
- Protocol of the supreme body of the legal entity on the issuance of the decision acts as a founder of the established enterprise (we assist in the development).
FROM THE DIRECTOR (HEAD):
- Xerox copy of passport (all filled pages) and TIN.

To create a public association will require:

The name of the legal entity (In Ukrainian is mandatory; additional languages at your request);
Location of the Union;
Contact phone number;
Goals and objectives of the public Union;
Distribution of shares in the authorized capital (% between the founders);
Name of the executive body (e.g. Head, President);
Chief Accountant (at the time of registration) - not required;
Number of founders - at least two, with contact information.

Political parties, as well as legal entities that have ceased their activity or are in the process of stopping do not have the right to join the founding of a public union.

Extract from the Unified State Register;
Articles of Association of the organization;
Protocol on the establishment of the organization;
Order on appointment of the head;
Certificate from the Department of Statistics (if necessary);
