To buy a company, firm with a license

Buying a ready-made company with a licence means acquiring a share in a Ukrainian LLC that already holds a valid licence for the activity you need. The licence belongs to the company, so it stays with it after the change of owner, together with its history, obligations and any debts. We source LLCs with CC2/CC3 construction licences, international passenger and cargo transport licences and other licensed activities, check the licence and the company before payment, and handle the share transfer, the new director and the notice to the licensing authority.

How the work goes

Where people usually go wrong
- The licence was checked from a seller’s copy only. Status and suspension are visible in the public register, which is what we check.
- Legacy debts. A legal entity is liable for its own obligations, so tax assessments and debts stay with the company after the deal.
- Licence conditions depended on the seller’s specialists and equipment, which left with the seller.
- Martial law declarations. Passenger transport and international road transport cannot operate on a declaration even under martial law; a licence is required.
