ON THE SERVICE OF CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE FOUNDERS OF THE PUBLIC ORGANIZATION:

Since January 01, 2016, a new version of the Law of Ukraine “On State Registration of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations” has entered into force. This Law has established that public organizations are registered by state registrars, and not by justice departments, as it was before. Also, the requirements for the constituent documents of public organizations were set the same as for other organizational and legal forms. THIS SERVICE CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING ELEMENTS:

• Advising on changes due to changes in the composition of the founders;
• Development and coordination with the Client of draft documents;
• Full support of the state registration of changes in the founders;
• Submission of an application to the tax inspectorate for amending the Register of non-profit institutions, if this organization is registered there

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CARRYING OUT THE PROCEDURE FOR CARRYING OUT CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE FOUNDERS:

• Copy of the current edition of the organization’s charter;
• Copy of the minutes of the general meeting;
• Copies of passports and identification numbers of the founder who leaves and which is a part of founders;
• Information about the members of the organization who will consider the issue of changes in the composition of the founders at the General Meeting.

AFTER THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED, THE CLIENT GETS:

• List of documents submitted for state registration;
• Protocol of the general meeting on the adoption of decisions on amendments to the composition of the founders of a public organization;
• Charter of the organization (in case of amendments to it);
• Certificate of statistics (by agreement).

• Receipt of the application-order from the client for the provision of services;
• Providing the Client with advice on making changes to the founders of a public organization;
• Receiving an advance for the provision of services in the amount of 50% of the prepaid cost of the service;
• Development and signing of documents;
• Conducting state registration of changes in the composition of the founders of a public organization;
• Transfer of registered documents to the Client;
• Receipts from the Client of the full payment for the services provided.
