Accounting services for business in Ukraine

Ukrainian law obliges most business entities to keep accounting records and to file financial and tax reporting on time; failure to do so brings penalties and unscheduled inspections. This section collects the accounting work Legal Solutions performs for companies and individual entrepreneurs, from a single report to full outsourcing.

Regular accounting work

The core service is accounting outsourcing, where an external team keeps the records, prepares the documents and files the reports. Alongside it the section covers financial and tax reporting, payroll calculation and payment, which Ukrainian law requires twice a month, zero reporting for companies that have registered and have not started operations yet, and restoration of accounting records when the books have been kept irregularly or lost.

Accounting by industry

The documents, the taxation and the risk points differ from one industry to another, so separate pages describe accounting for construction companies, trading companies, transport companies, online stores, hotels and hostels and advertising agencies.

Reporting under international standards

Companies that report to foreign investors or to a parent company use transformation of financial statements into IFRS. The section also includes confirmation of financial statements, which starts with an expert analysis of the financial condition of the company, and legalisation of economic activity. Work begins with a written contract that states the scope, the deadlines and the responsibility of each party, and with the list of documents the client hands over: the statutory documents, the activity codes, the taxation system and the data on the founders and the director.

Prices and deadlines

Every position in this section is listed in the list of services with a deadline. The fee is marked «Individual», because it depends on the documents, the founders and the scope of work; the deadline shown for the majority of services is three working days. The scope, the fee and the schedule are fixed in the contract before the work starts.
