Registration of the enterprise in the HMS (registration in the OVIR)

It is necessary for legal entities that cooperate with foreign nationals to register a company with the SMS.

Reasons for registration with the SMS:

• The enterprise already employs employees who have foreign citizenship
• The company is going to employ foreign citizens
• The organization is going to cooperate with foreign partners

Having registered the enterprise in the OVIR, the company has the opportunity to apply for visas and invitations for foreign citizens.

The receiving party in Ukraine can be legal entities or individuals.

The procedure of registration of the company in the HMS is registration or accreditation.

When issuing invitations for foreign citizens, the receiving party must inform about the rights, obligations, which are prescribed in the Legislation of Ukraine. Also, the receiving party is fully responsible for the foreign person, his movements and legality of stay on the territory of Ukraine.

• Application form (filled out according to the sample)
• Photo of responsible persons (3 pcs.)
• Information about the company (extract from the Unified State Register, certificate of statistics)
• Bank details of the company
• Documents confirming the powers of the responsible persons
• Copy of the passport of the head of the company

State duty payment receipt

For an individual:

1. Application form (to be filled in according to the sample)
2. Photo of a foreign citizen (2 pcs.)
3. Documents on medical insurance

5. Receipt of payment of state duty
