2) For persons granted refugee status or asylum in Ukraine:

• Confirmation of granting refugee status or asylum in Ukraine and the fact of continuous residence on legal grounds for three years from the date of granting refugee status or asylum;

3) A person who has outstanding services to Ukraine or if the person's admission to Ukrainian citizenship is of state interest:

• Submission by the central executive authority of Ukraine that the person has outstanding services to Ukraine or that the person's acceptance of citizenship is of state interest to Ukraine;

4) Acceptance of Ukrainian citizenship by a child residing in Ukraine and one of the parents or guardian or custodian has a permit for permanent residence in Ukraine, one of the parents or guardian or custodian submits the following documents:

• An application in duplicate for the child's admission to Ukrainian citizenship;
• If the child is over 7 years old, three 3.5x4.5 cm photographs of the child;
• A document confirming the granting of a permanent residence permit in Ukraine by one of the parents or a guardian or custodian;
• Decision on the establishment of guardianship or custody, if the documents on the child's admission to Ukrainian citizenship are submitted by the guardian or custodian;

5) Obtaining Ukrainian citizenship by a child residing in Ukraine and one of the parents or guardian or custodian has permission for permanent residence in Ukraine, together with one of the parents or guardian or custodian, one of these adults applies for this in his/her application and adds the following documents:

• Statement of consent of a child aged 15 to 18 to acquire citizenship;
• A copy of the birth certificate;
• A copy of the decision on the establishment of guardianship or custody, if the documents are submitted by a guardian or custodian.
